This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) provides information on how we collect, process, and share the personal information (also referred to as personal data, and referred to as “Personal Information” in this Policy) of individuals who are external to the Company, including but not limited to our Members, other users of and participants in our Services or any portion thereof (including without limitation our Platform and our Events) sponsors, partners, and service providers and their respective individual representatives, as applicable (referred to in this Policy as “you” or “your”). Personal Information generally includes any information about you – an individual, natural person.
This Policy is incorporated in its entirety into the Company’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”). All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

As further explained below, we collect and process Personal Information only for lawful reasons, such as when the processing is necessary to perform a contract (for example, to provide Services to our Members), our legitimate business interests, such as improving, personalizing, marketing, and developing the Services and promoting safety and security, or, where required, obtaining your consent.
Information We Collect From You
Applications, Forms, and Profile Data: If you apply for Membership in one of our Communities or submit a form seeking more information about becoming a Member, you provide all of the Personal Information requested in the application or form, including but not limited to your name, email, phone, address, employment information, and other information about your professional interests, goals, background, and experience.
Payment Data: If you are accepted for Membership, we will collect Billing Information in connection with your payment of your Membership Fees. Please note that we do not store your Billing Information, but the third-party payment processors we engage may retain your Billing Information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
Inquiries, Discussions, and Other Data: You may interact with us, other Members or other users of the Services through our Platform, including through any interactive feature, online contact form, email, or any other communication mechanism. When using these channels, you typically provide your name, profile picture, email, phone, employment information, professional background, and any other information you choose to provide at your option.
Event Audio and Video: We may record audio and/or video of our Members, sponsors, panelists, and other participants of any of the Company’s Events for marketing purposes and also so Members and others who were unable to attend the event live may watch or listen to it at a later date. We also may request that our Members provide testimonials for our marketing purposes.
No Sensitive Information: Please do not provide any highly sensitive Personal Information to us – such as social security numbers, health or medical information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. We do not intentionally process highly sensitive Personal Information and reserve the right to reject or delete it.
Information We Collect from Third Parties
From time to time, we may collect Personal Information from third parties such as public websites or social networks, such as LinkedIn. This Personal Information may include names, contact information, email, professional or employment information, and other information which is publicly available.
We may also collect personal information from third parties related to your use of our platform and website. We may use information collected from third parties for our own promotional or marketing purposes, such as sending prospective Members emails about our Services.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. Sometimes, we may retain your account information for a period of time after cancellation to allow you to efficiently reinstate your account, if you so choose. Our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
