Job Overview:We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Trust & Safety Associate, with a focus on User Research to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to identify major potential frauds & other unethical behaviors on our platform. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of our user community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct User Research: Perform detailed investigations into user activities, profiles, and behaviors to identify potential fraud, sleaze, and other unethical activities.Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports detailing findings, including evidence of potential fraudulent or unethical behavior.Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the due diligence team, customer support, and legal departments to ensure comprehensive investigations.Compliance: Ensure that all investigations are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of research methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the due diligence process.
Requirements:
Fluency in any one of the languages (Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil) Candidates having experience in the customer support voice process are preferredStrong customer interaction skills and the ability to build user trustBasic understanding of social media platforms and user behaviorCultural understanding of Indian culture, especially related to the specified languagesStrong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in user research, fraud detection, or trust & safety is preferred but not required.Previous experience in sales, customer support, or any role with frequent customer interaction in a B2C setting is a plus.The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
