FinCEN proposes transaction restrictions on A7 sanctions evasion network
On October 1, 2026: FinCEN proposed a rule targeting transfers involving sub-agents of the A7 Network and issued an alert on related suspicious activity. OFAC also sanctioned the network. It is tracked as a regulation move because FinCEN published the primary source.
